wow, thanks so much, Cindy...so nice ta hear! It's nice when ya actually get what you're trying for! This one I actually 'constructed' with the editor (starting from my LightFlower flame); with much persistence & time...have several other variants on the way to this 'un...also some new Lightflames coming...charming & happy; I love it! Thanks!

CabinTom recommends that the thickness should be set at '0' and to me that makes all the difference. Also, you have to tweak a lot until you find the shape - I usually drag the second transform right down to the left corner of the window before I manipulate it. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. I find I go through a lot of parameters before I find one I know will work for me - I don't waste time on one that shows no promise within the first few minutes because there are too many others that do! I don't even bother with the first transform - I leave it exactly where it is. Oh, gradients work wonders on this script.

hmmm...tried setting 0; maybe I need more persistance...thanks for the tip; I'll get it to work yet!!!!!! It produces such lovely effects, as the master of it (you) knows...Thanks! hope all is well, S. (still in S.A.?)

Such flattery! I also try different plugins - to be honest, I spend hours messing about with etched forms - I dream in etched forms... I'm so damned boring! Yes, I am still in SA and my mother came out of hospital yesterday, so I am looking after her at home now. I hope the weather starts warming soon so I have at least a bit of warm weather this year!
